Project Status

As you may be aware, there is a potential development for a Land Lease community - Castle Grove Estates - in this wonderful area of Enfield/Elmsdale. The Old Truro road would be extended a short distance to accommodate the Castle Grove Estates private entrances. The development process requirements have been met, resulting in a positive staff report.

Some local residents still have questions and concerns, and we would like to address those. To do that, we are providing some clarity here around this potential development by answering common questions from local residents.
